Bringing Information Together: My eHealth

Veterans and service members access their health information and services through two different systems -- one provided by the Veterans Administration, the other by DoD. Not only is this duplication costly, but its confusing to our service members and they lose information as they move between active duty and veteran status.

My eHealth was designed based on extensive user research into the two organizations to show how information and services can be shared while providing a single, consistent interface to both active duty personnel and veterans. This prototype has been used to successfully gain concensus by officials at both agencies to move forward in integrating health-related information and services.
